Fred and AJ start the first hour of the show discussing the pitfalls of being public figures, and whether or not they owe to fans to always talk sports. Then the guys are joined by Cary Brooks to get her take on the Twitter landscape. Afterward Fred talks about a commercial he was asked to do that he feels is unflattering, and the guys discuss the upcoming pub crawl that Fred will be hosting. To wrap things up the gang takes a look at who should and who shouldn’t be given an extension on the Texans roster.
