New EU Funded project gives vocational training support to 4,400 youth in South Sudan

A new European Union funded project called EMPOWER is expected to provide more than 4 – thousand young people in South Sudan with vocational skills, aimed to increase youth employment and small business opportunities.

The project implemented by the Norwegian Refugee Council targets youths in Jonglei, Central Equatoria, Warrap, Western and Northern Bahr el Ghazal.

To find out more about this project, Sworo Charles caught up with Craig Dean, Consortium Manager for the Empower Project of the Norwegian Refugee Council.
