This is a short guided meditation to tune into you and your own inner guidance. Through trust and self-acceptance, we can begin to hear the voice of our intuition which knows what is right for us in any given situation.
Use this meditation to get calm, relaxed, grounded, and back in relationship with yourself and your own inner knowing.
By listening to the stillness and connecting to the silence within, we open up space to hear our intuition and inner wisdom speaking to us. Our inner wisdom does not always speak in words. Sometimes our inner wisdom speaks to us in feelings, sensations, and inspirations that come spontaneously from those moments of stillness calm and silence.
