By the brook

Reimagined by Ablaut. 

"The sample is a recording of a quiet brook, which lends itself to a meditative piece. So I set up a generative ambient patch in VCV Rack using two modules with physical modeling of sympathetic strings, modulated by LFOs based on strange attractors. The resulting instrument somewhat resembles a Chinese guzheng. I imagine sitting by the brook and peacefully playing a stringed instrument like this."
