The Gillingham boss says he's disappointed after they were beaten by Southend yesterday.
The match was the team's return to Priestfield to play on their new pitch for the first time, after the original was deemed dangerous following a run of poor performances and a spate of injuries.
Despite the Gills having more attempts at goal, the game finished 2 nil to their visitors.
