A new contest seeks to break stereotypes and empower South Sudan’s young girls to confidently embrace their gender.

“I am more than sex” campaign by the SHE-Club, has launched this contest to motivate and unite young girls through their talents in music, writing, poetry, and other speaking and community engagements.

The brain behind this contest is Victoria Poni Abraham. 

She spoke with Moro Lokombu stressing that the;  “I am more than sex campaign, aims to give girls of South Sudan an opportunity to project theme selves in a stronger way, demystifying the belief that girls are simply bride and wife material.
