Frog Eyes

Reimagined by Fereshteh Toosi.

"The intricacies of this field recording were completely mesmerizing for me. It was challenging to decide how to respond. I was impressed by the frogs' relentless chorus, the layers, and their unmatchable rhythm. The frog atmosphere has no edges, no beginning or ending. I wanted to play along with them, but I knew I couldn't keep up. I decided to drift on top of the clamor of voices. I listened to the recording while making electronic sounds in response, using a simple synthesizer. I also added a looping sample from "I only have eyes for you" by The Flamingos."
