Juba City Council announces Zero tolerance policy for prostitution

Juba city council has notified all business owners and investors in Juba city of a new “zero-tolerance policy” for prostitution, under laws that make it prostitution a crime.
The implementation of the City council’s zero-tolerance policy comes as the recent crack-down resulted into the arrest and conviction of close to 60 people.
Juba City Council Deputy Mayor, Nhial Majak Nhial, told Miraya Breakfast Show that a directive is being issued to people procuring prostitutes to take heed.
