Goal Setting Morning Meditation 14

The mind does not know the difference between what is real and imagined. This is why imagining your goals every day is a powerful way to ensure their realization. 

In this morning meditation, we will imagine our goals and infuse them with feeling so that your subconscious mind can begin the work of directing your conscious and subconscious behavior in the direction of your dreams. 

Don't worry if you cannot picture images in your mind. Getting a sense of your goals is just as powerful.

We will begin this meditation with a short grounding, energizing, and relaxing body scan followed by a guided visualization.

This mediation is intended to help you start your day relaxed and focused on those things you can do today to move you closer to your long-term goals.
