Clipping insects

"We are bound in a knotted relationship with nature. Nature is "before" us, in the sense that our species arose from an existing field of cellular life. Nature is also "after" us, in the sense that our individual and societal needs create the nature we desire. For this piece, I expressed this Möbius relationship using a feedback system consisting of two guitar pedals: one a delay, the other a resonant filter. The source file is the only material used."
