Reaction to a leaked report into efforts to stop paramilitarism in Northern Ireland

The Independent Reporting Commission report into paramatilism, published at 12:30 today, has found that the absence of political decision making at Stormont since January 2017 has had a major adverse impact on efforts to combat paramilitaries.
