A Kent group say they've turned an empty home into the UK's greenest support accomodation for vulnerable adults.
Accomodation-YES' new property in Maidstone has 8 self-contained flats, which is C02 free and has energy efficient solar panels.
Work has cost half a million pounds with the majority of funding from Kent County Council's No Use Empty team.
Iza O'shea is the Housing Manager.
