Peace Celebrations; Speech by President Yoweri Museveni

"It is ideologically incorrect to use war to solve political arguments," Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has said. 

President Museveni was one of the regional leaders that attended the celebration of the revitalized agreement on the resolution of the conflict in South Sudan in Juba. 

The celebrations were held under the theme; 'Celebrating the dawn of peace, appreciating friends, cherishing reconciliation and Unity.' 

President Museveni delivered an impassioned plea to the leadership of South Sudan to desist from using war again to solve the problems in South Sudan.
