Peace Celebration: Speech by President Salva Kiir

President Salva Kiir told a gathering in Juba that "Peace has come and it is here to stay"

The President spoke of starting a new chapter, reconciling with his foe, Dr Riek Machar and also released two political detainees James Gadet and William Hendley as a commitment to the revitalised agreement on the resolution of the conflict in South Sudan.
