SSPDF and SPLA-IO agree to open roads for refugees to return home

A joint team from the South Sudan People’s defence forces and the SPLA – in opposition has agreed to open the roads to pave the way for the return of the South Sudanese refugees. 

This was one of the resolutions reached at the end of a meeting held by the two military groups in Kajo – Keji. 

To find out more about that meeting, i spoke with Captain Oliver Duku, South Sudan military attaché to the embassy of Uganda. 

He begun by explaining what the situation is like in Kajo Keji.
