kmfm's been told we could end up with a generation of people who have poor sleep if something isn't done to make sure we all have time to wind down and relax.

There are currently almost 8,000 people being treated at a specialist sleep clinic at the William Harvey hospital in Ashford and a two month waiting list due to growing demand.

But experts think it could be just the tip of the iceberg as most people with sleep apnea - the most common condition - don't realise they have it.

Dr Julian Spinks - who's a GP in Strood - says modern life and technology is also affecting our sleep patterns.
