Romaine lettuce is off the menu this Thanksgiving, as another E. coli investigation sweeps the United States. On Tuesday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a food safety alert, warning people across the United States to stop eating romaine lettuce and to get rid of any they may have already been purchased.
