The Sunday Sample, "Are we sensitive to the congregation's need for fellowship?"

What is the buildup to your church service like?  Is it conducive to the congregation having fellowship?  I recently received some feedback on our services in Watford.  I learned that some people were coming late to church because the hall is too noisy with worship team rehearsing.

We’ve done some experimenting to reduce the “rehearsal racket”! What is your situation?
