Honda of Westport Couples Court- Should she tell her daughter she's dating her teacher?

She’s a single mom. Early 40s. Her daughter is in high school. Has been dating her teacher for about a month but hasn’t told the daughter. Couple’s court would be the mom and the guy who is the teacher. He wants to tell the daughter. She doesn’t think it’s a good idea.
