Don’t Go Losing Sleep Over Christmas

New research found that each year we lose almost a day of sleep whilst preparing for the Holiday season. Not only that, our work-life balance can suffer and many of us will find this time of year stressful.

Offering her best advice on how not to lose our heads this Christmas is Dr Pixie McKenna, media medic and GP, best known for her appearance on Channel 4’s ‘Embarrassing Bodies’.
