There's now a banking app to help control your spending, which aims to help people with addictions like gambling.

Barclays customers can hit a button to stop payments to certain types of retailers - including supermarkets, pubs and betting shops.

At the moment, you can only use it if you have one of their debit cards.

Councillor Vince Maple is the leader of the Labour group in Medway - he's spent years campaigning for measures to help problem gamblers.
