Today is the final day of the Inquiry into botched energy scheme, the Renewable Heat Incentive. It began hearing additional evidence earlier this week and is taking closing remarks from barristers for several key participants. They include civil servants who were responsible for the scheme and the DUP. Stephen spoke to Newsletter political editor Sam McBride.
