The Nolan Show has been speaking to Doctor Colin Milliken a consultant psychiatrist at Muckamore Abbey Hospital and Chair of Intellectual Disablilty in Belfast Trust. Doctor Milliken has a senior role in the care and wellbeing of the people living in Muckamore. Stephen started by telling him that the Nolan Show had been speaking to families who had described the seclusion room as a dark dungeon. We asked for his reaction to that.
