The Evo-Stik NPL Show returns for the first episode of 2019 as we look ahead to this weekend's big games in the league.

Ben was joined this week by League Social Media Officer James Heyes, as well as the Managers at South Shields, Gainsborough Trinity, Marine, and Mickleover Sports.  

Plus we have a full fixture preview with the Mid Cheshire Guardian's Andrew Simpson, and we hear from Workington's new Manager Gavin Skelton.
