Honda of Westport Couples Court- When should the Christmas lights come down?

He loves Christmas so much, he's wanting to keep the Christmas decorations up till the end of January. Christmas tree up, lights on the house and on all night, the whole thing. She says it's ridiculous and everyone else has their decorations packed away already. He says it's not hurting anyone so why not?
