On January 9th 2017 Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness resigned as deputy First Minister citing the DUP's conduct around RHI as the main reason. That triggered the collapse of the Northern Ireland Assembly. It's now 2 years later. Have you missed it? What impact has the lack of a functioning Stormont had on your life?
