Stormont EU veto power plans to be published by government

The DUP have dismissed the latest proposals from the Government to reassure MPs over the Northern Ireland backstop. The party's Brexit spokesman Sammy Wilson said the proposals were "meaningless" and had "no real significance." The Government will today unveil proposals to give Stormont - currently suspended - the power to veto any new EU regulations.
