Meditation To Let Go of Anger

This is a short guided meditation to let go of anger and regain a sense of direction and reconnection to yourself and what you want. When we are caught up in our thoughts about a person or situation that we want to change but cannot we are only tormenting ourselves. Use this meditation to shift your attention back to what you do have control over and let the wisest parts of you create your plan of action.
