Hillsborough Trial - Day 2 - Stadium safety certifcate was 'very out of date'

The Hillsborough trial has heard claims the safety certifcate for the stadium was 'very out of date' by the time of the disaster
The prosecution were continuing to open their case against David Duckenfield and Graham Mackrell on Wednesday
The two men deny all the charges against them.
