The fate of freight in a no-deal #Brexit - Seamus Leheny from @Freight_NI fires warning

The deadline has passed for lorry drivers to apply for licences to drive on the continent in the event of a no-deal Brexit. The haulage industry says only 1,200 annual permits were offered, but that 40,000 were needed. The Department for Transport insists it's working on contingency plans. Stephen spoke to Seamus Leheny from the Freight Transport Association in Northern Ireland.
