The Sunday Sample, "Faith Journey", Worship Team Devotional on Acts 9

  • ““Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked.” (Acts 9:5 NIV11)

  • “get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” The men traveling with Saul stood there speechless; they heard the sound but did not see anyone. Saul got up from the ground,” (Acts 9:6–8 NIV11)

  • “In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come and place his hands on him to restore his sight.”” (Acts 9:12 NIV11)

  • “He got up and was baptised,” (Acts 9:18 NIV11)

  • Saul was on a faith journey

  • His faith grew as he took action on what God revealed

  • It it led him to enjoying his relationship with God

  • He finally understood his purpose and mission

Part of our role as those leading worship is helping people who come today to take their next step of faith in their faith journey.

We are hoping they will decide to follow God’s prompting.

How exciting to think that as we speak, pray, sing and maybe somebody here who is hearing God’s voice, being stirred in the spirit and deciding to step out in faith!
