James was for the Steelers organization as much as he was for LaVeon Bell, in the end he wanted there to be a deal in place that was fair for everyone, but that obviously didn't happen.
Mike Tomlin is definitely a "Players Coach", but he struggles with keeping up treating everyone the same.
With the Patriots, you can't defend everything and that's what makes the Patriots so good because they're always planning a few steps ahead.
