The University of Maryland Eastern Shore grabbed its fifth straight victory on Saturday (Feb. 2) against South Carolina State. The Hawks held the Bulldogs to just five points in the first quarter and 16 in the first half.
They won going away in the second half, 63-43, behind career nights by Ciani Byrom and Bairesha Gill-Miles.
