Jo Pratt, cookery writer, cook, food stylist & presenter is one of four female chefs who preside over Heathrow Terminal 2's The Gorgeous Kitchen. Jo works with Caroline Artiss, Sophie Michell and Gee Charman to make flying a spectacular experience from the start. She explains the unique experience of running an airport restaurant.
