A young woman from #HerneBay sayss talking to other people who're struggling with mental health issues has changed her life.
26 year-old Tamsyn Phillips struggled through her time at #Canterbury Christ Church Uni and was finally diagnosed with bipolar and borderline personality disorder in her early 20s.
A few months ago she started going to support groups in the city, run by the charity Take Off.
