The Nolan Show has discovered that the drug naloxone - used to reverse a heroin overdose - has been administered almost 800 times by ambulance staff in 2018.

That's a rise of over 70 per cent since 2016.

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service released the figures to us after a member of our production team witnessed someone being treated in Belfast City Centre.
