Michael Cohen Says Trump Talked to Him About Hush Money in the White House

President Donald Trump talked to his former personal attorney about hush money payments in the Oval Office, then cut him checks from his personal account and a business account to reimburse him, Michael Cohen told Congress Wednesday.

The longtime attorney and self-described fixer for Trump, Cohen pleaded guilty in federal court in November to a campaign finance violation for making the $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence about an affair with Trump.
