Ahead of the East Kent Apprenticeship awards later, a young woman from Rochester says university doesn't have to be the only way for you to start a career .

After finishing her A-Levels, Molly Exley-Kidd took up an apprenticeship at media agency Wavemaker in London.  

The 19 year now works there full time as a digital engagement exec creating social content for clients.

She told us she had to convince her parents there were other options, besides uni.
