A woman from #Chatham is getting £50,000 from the government to carry on developing a paper coating to replace the plastic in disposable coffee cups.
Fanya Ismail has invented an environmentally friendly waterproof material which can also be used in other food packaging:.
She's one of nine women recognised by the government on International Womens' Day - and she'll be getting a plaque at St John Fisher School in Chatham.
