When it comes to customer engagement, creating a Facebook group can be a strong tool to build relationships with your customers.  But don’t confuse a Facebook business page with a group. A business Facebook page allows you to promote your products, offer insights and interact with followers and future customers. For tourism businesses, a Facebook group should be reserved for customers only. This would act as your customer service area, answering questions, providing discounts and gaining feedback from customers. Make your customers feel like VIP’s by asking them to join your group and you have a distinct marketing separation from potential to actual customers.
