Employees are rarely involved in marketing strategies but they can help provide a unique take on your business, providing behind the scenes stories and insights.
Also look at it from your customers point of view. They have watched a video story by ‘Tom’, one of your front of house staff. When that customer arrives, they have already made that connection with Tom and perceive him as a friend. Someone they trust.
