There is nothing worse than visiting a website, falling in love with the information and imagining the experience you can have to then have the customer think… what next?
Far too many tourism websites have inadequate or even no call to action.
Don’t leave your customers hanging around looking for what to do next. Be it to subscribe to a newsletter or to make a booking, it should be presented at the end of each piece of content to allow them to know what the next steps are.
If your customers feel lost, then lost they will stay.
