Did Alex's Friend Narrowly Survive A Serial Killer/Human Trafficker?

When Alex was in Utah her friend showed her a video she took a few days ago of her Lyft driver that is very disturbing. Alex is convinced she narrowly escaped being abducted into human trafficking or worse.
