Episode 28: Pet Sematary (1989)

Season 1,   Apr 10, 2019, 07:00 AM

Who's ready for some more Stephen King?

This week the Horrorble People's Podcasts gets to ask one of its favorite questions: Does it hold up? The film in question? Stephen King and Mary Lampert's 1989 classic PET SEMATARY. And the answer may surprise you.

Of course, the Anthony and Alix still take plenty of time to dive deep into the films creation and heaps of praise for Fred Gwynne. Did you know that Bruce Campbell was originally considered for the lead role? On that note, IS Dale Midkiff actually just an anthropomorphic jar of mayonnaise? What's with the psychic daughter subplot? and who can possibly stare at Zelda for more than a glance (Not Anthony)?

As always, rate, subscribe, leave a review, and most importantly, enjoy! Unless you're dead inside, of course. Maybe a certain cemetery could help...
