The scientist Sir Robert Winston says he might bring a private members bill to the House of Lords to force cyclists to have number plates or electronic tags on their bikes. The Labour peer was attacked by a cyclist in London after he told her off for riding on the pavement. Lord Winston, who was kicked and verbally abused by the woman, was speaking on ITV's This Morning programme yesterday. Do you agree with Lord Winston? Should cyclists be made to have number plates on their bikes? Joining us is taxi driver Ken Kelly and commentator Brendan Mulgrew .
