Episode 85,   Apr 15, 2019, 07:12 PM

On this week's show, Shaun is tapering-off ahead of the London Marathon while Jermaine prepares for his RAF fitness test.

The interview comes from American ultramarathon runner Courtney Dauwalter. Dauwalter finished the Moab 240 race in 2 days, 9 hours, and 59 minutes, faster than any of the men in the pack and beating the second-place finisher by more than 10 hours. She famously won the 2017 Run Rabbit Run while battling temporary blindness for the final 12 miles!

We continue with the Soar Running Grassroots Hero Challenge, where you can nominate the unsung heroes who make the world of running a better place.
