Belfast mum calls for action after finding used needle dumped in her back garden beside her 3yo son's toys

A Belfast mother is calling for action to protect her three year old son after she found a used needle in her back garden. Nadine Matthews lives in Maryville Street in the heart of Belfast City Centre and says she was horrified to discover the bloody needle lying beside her son's toys over the Easter weekend.
