There's criticism as rape victims are warned their cases could be dropped if they don't hand over their mobile phones to police in England and Wales..

Campaigners say new consent forms, allowing access to messages, photos and social media accounts, amount to a digital strip search.

A spokesperson for Theresa May says the issue's "complex".
