This is a super short grounding meditation for self love. In this meditation I invite you to explore the best parts of yourself and bring those qualities out in everything you do. This meditation is about how to focus on the positive aspects of your personality and connect with them in a deeper way. In other meditations in this series we also look at embracing our shadow selves and finding acceptance with all of our pieces and parts. Today I would like to focus on bringing alive those amazing positive qualities within you that are always available.
