Weary bones find softened down

Silent owl takes to flight

Smaller feet run underground

Dreamers reach for something new

Your mind drifts away into the blue

The stars light the way for you

Clouds bring a shadowed ground

But in human hearts, darkness is found

In fear we lose our inner sight

Love takes cover underground

Modern city orange lights

Bring darkness to the gloom

But the stars are a light for you

When planet earth is blue ...

Morning stars bring thoughts to mind

But dreams are woven in the night

Leave fear behind at street-light’s door

And wonder with the stars tonight

Heroes cast into the sky

Wisdom’s path – alight with stars for you

The stars reach down to you
